About Slotornado Casino

Who We Are

Slotornado Casino is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica. We hold an e-gaming licence issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, and we take compliance seriously - if a dispute ever arises that we can't resolve directly, our players can turn to EGIS, an independent alternative dispute resolution service operating under Tobique Gaming Commission rules. We built our General Terms and Conditions to be transparent, and we keep them updated so you always know where you stand when playing with us.

We primarily welcome English-speaking players, and we've created dedicated experiences for Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. Our site is available in six locales - English, Canadian English, Français Canadien, Deutsch, Australian English and New Zealand English - so you can browse in the version that feels most natural to you. English remains our official language, and in case of any translation discrepancy, the English version of our terms prevails.

Our Gaming Library

At Slotornado, we work with 86 game providers to bring you one of the largest libraries in the industry - over 14,500 games in total, including more than 1,400 live dealer titles. Our collection spans every genre a player could want:

• Slots, bonus-buy slots, and Megaways titles
• Jackpot slots with progressive prize pools
• Live casino games including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and poker
• Instant games, crash games, mines, and craps
• Scratch cards and regular tournaments with prize pools

We've partnered with the biggest names in the industry - Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil, Spinomenal, and dozens more - so our Slotornado Casino library is constantly growing. Our Live Casino section alone features 11 live providers, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and Vivo Gaming, giving you a genuine table-game atmosphere whenever you want it. If you're chasing big wins, our jackpot category is where you should look first, though we should mention that jackpot slots are excluded from bonus wagering requirements.

Bonuses and Promotions We Offer

We love rewarding our players, starting from the very first deposit. Our Slotornado bonus Welcome Package is worth up to 325% and EUR 6,000 plus 400 free spins, spread across your first four deposits. Here's a quick breakdown of what we offer:

Beyond the welcome offer, we run a steady schedule of promotions. Our Highroller Regular bonus rewards bigger deposits, our Crypto Rush promotion is built specifically for crypto depositors, and we refresh the calendar every week with Autumn Monday free spins, Winning Wednesday offers, and our Weekend Reload. We also surprise players with Birthday Bonuses and our Secret Information promotion, plus the Tornado Battle tournament, where we put up EUR 1,000 and 1,000 free spins for grabs. As with any bonus, wagering requirements apply - typically 40x on the bonus and free spin winnings - and we always display the max bet, max win, and validity period clearly before you opt in.

Our VIP Club

At Slotornado Casino, loyalty is rewarded through our 30-level VIP Club, running from R1 all the way to R30. We calculate status points based on your play - 1 point per EUR 1 wagered on slots, or 1 point per EUR 10 wagered on live games, table games, crash, mines, craps, poker, and scratch cards. As you climb our ladder, the rewards grow substantially: from free spins at R2 to a EUR 25,000 reward with no wagering requirement plus 100 free spins at R30. From R6, we also offer weekly cashback starting at 3% and climbing to 20% at the top tier, and from R16 we add a 5% rakeback on top. Our VIP players also enjoy relaxed limits, including higher maximum wins from free spins and deposit bonuses, so the more you play with us, the more we give back.

Secure Banking at Slotornado

We've made deposits and withdrawals at Slotornado as smooth as possible. You can fund your account using Visa and Mastercard, e-wallets, bank transfer, or crypto through CoinsPaid, and we proudly display Interac, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa and MiFinity among our accepted methods. The minimum deposit is EUR 20 (or the equivalent in your currency), and we accept EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NZD, and several cryptocurrencies. For crypto transactions, we use the Coinbase Converter real-time rate at the moment of your transaction.

When it's time to cash out, we process withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval. We've set clear limits to keep things fair for everyone: up to EUR 1,000 per day, EUR 4,000 per week, and EUR 10,000 per month. For particularly large wins above EUR 100,000, we may pay out in monthly instalments until the full amount is settled. We always verify identity before releasing withdrawals, so we encourage every player to complete KYC early to avoid delays.
