Welcome to Slotornado. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of slotornado.com and all services we provide. By registering an account with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Slotornado is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-911867, with its registered address at El Guayaval, Residencial La Campina Casa Numero Q-11, Cartago, El Guarco, Tejar, 30801, Costa Rica. We hold an e-gaming licence no. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. These General Terms and Conditions are version 1.0, in force and last updated 12.06.2025.

Our Licence and Governing Language

We operate under the authority of the Tobique Gaming Commission. Should any dispute arise that we cannot resolve directly with you, we participate in alternative dispute resolution through EGIS (egis.io), which operates under Tobique Gaming Commission rules; complaints may be directed to disputes@egis-adr.com. Eligibility and Restricted Territories

Account Registration

When you open an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. We require identity verification before processing any withdrawal, and incorrect or incomplete KYC documents can lead to your withdrawal being refused and your account closed. We may also require live verification by telephone. You may hold only one account with us, and deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals are available via Visa (Original Credit Transfer), Mastercard (Payment Transfer), e-wallets, bank transfer and crypto. We may process your payout through a method different from the one you requested, such as an e-wallet instead of a card. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 20 or equivalent; for crypto, we calculate the equivalent of EUR 20 using the Coinbase Converter rate at the time of your request. We do not support exchange between crypto and fiat currencies, and our internal business currency is EUR.

We cap processed withdrawals at EUR 1,000 per day, EUR 4,000 per week and EUR 10,000 per month per player, or the equivalent in your account currency, unless otherwise stated. Wins above EUR 100,000 may be paid out in monthly instalments until fully settled. Maximum withdrawal per request varies by payment method and is displayed at cashout; requests above a method's limit may be split into multiple payments. Each deposit must be wagered 3x before the related funds become withdrawable, and multiple unwagered deposits are combined for this purpose. Please note that intermediary banks may charge up to EUR 16 on bank transfers.

We process withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval; actual payout timing depends on your chosen method and verification status.
